Price a conversion and hold it until `expires_at`. Quoting needs only read permission — being told a price commits nobody. Executing needs `fx:execute`, because that moves money. 503 rather than 500 when nothing will quote the pair: no registered provider would deal it, which is a condition that clears by itself and is worth retrying. E10-11's rule stands — we do not fall back to a rate nobody offered.
Convert at the locked rate POST
Post both legs at exactly the disclosed figures — AC1. 409 for a spent quote and 410 for an expired one, because the two need different things from the caller: one has already happened and must not be repeated, the other needs a fresh price.
