A short-lived link to the rendered file GET
A signed URL, not the bytes. Streaming a hundred-megabyte CSV back through the API server would hold a worker for the length of somebody's download. The signed link expires in minutes: it is a bearer token for a financial document, and one that outlives the tab it was opened in is a liability.
